Product availability and delivery conditions became more normalized after several quarters of customer urgency around AI hardware and memory inflation. CDW still has product-delivery delays in its backlog, but delivery-date consistency improved and double orders and cancellations were no longer meaningful factors. Management said pricing and supply-chain variables did not materially influence quarterly results through pull-forward activity. CDW had increased inventory by approximately $400 million since year-end to support customer urgency and now expects to rationalize inventory as the environment becomes more orderly.
