First-half capital expenditures increased 60.3% to $2,521 million from $1,573 million. Operating cash flow was $1,553 million, down from $1,584 million, while investing cash flow was negative $5,101 million, including $2,537 million for the Calpine acquisition. The company paid $309 million of common-stock dividends and repurchased $1,971 million of common stock during the first six months. Ending cash, restricted cash and cash equivalents declined to $1,077 million from $3,748 million at year-end 2025.
