FERC’s December 2025 order found the existing PJM Tariff unjust and unreasonable and directed new interruptible and firm/non-firm transmission services for large and co-located loads. In June 2026, FERC directed PJM to accommodate co-located load before PJM’s proposed June 2029 effective date. FERC also ordered RTO and transmission-owner filings to expedite service to large loads and identified Constellation’s Load Dependent Capacity at Existing Plants proposal for consideration.
