Nuclear decommissioning asset retirement obligations declined to $11,942 million at June 30, 2026 from $12,908 million at December 31, 2025. The $1,277 million decrease primarily reflected revised retirement dates for Calvert Cliffs, Fitzpatrick, Limerick and Nine Mile Point. The ARO update reduced operating and maintenance expense during the six months ended June 30, 2026. Nuclear decommissioning trust funds increased to $20,583 million from $19,396 million over the same period.
