Constellation signed a 380 MW agreement with Dallas-based CyrusOne to connect and serve a new data center adjacent to the Freestone Energy Center in Freestone County, Texas. The agreement provides power, grid connectivity, and site infrastructure while preserving electricity flows to the regional grid and reliability for other customers. Constellation also has an exclusive agreement for a second 380 MW Phase 2 facility, in addition to 400 MW of CyrusOne agreements announced for the Thad Hill Energy Center in Bosque County, Texas. The combined CyrusOne arrangements represent up to 1,160 MW of data-center-related capacity across the two Texas sites.
