Second-quarter 2026 net sales increased to $2.222 billion from $1.890 billion in the second quarter of 2025, a 17.6% year-over-year increase. First-half 2026 net sales were $4.208 billion versus $3.553 billion in the first half of 2025, an 18.4% increase. Second-quarter adjusted EBITDA rose to $1.192 billion from $761 million, with $588 million of benefit from pricing partly offset by a $158 million volume headwind.
