Net earnings attributable to common stockholders increased 88% to $727 million in the second quarter of 2026 from $386 million in the second quarter of 2025. Six-month attributable net earnings increased to $1.342 billion from $698 million. The quarterly increase was driven primarily by a $390 million gross-margin improvement and $50 million of Yazoo City business-interruption insurance recoveries. Higher income-tax expense and the $23 million Yazoo City impairment partially offset the improvement.
