The November 2025 incident at the Yazoo City complex idled all site production, reducing first-half 2026 AN volumes and affecting ammonia, AN solution, nitric acid, UAN and urea liquor availability. Management approved a rebuild plan in the second quarter of 2026, with production expected to resume in the first half of 2027. Second-quarter production volume declined 6% for ammonia, 5% for UAN and 60% for AN, while first-half production declined 6%, 12% and 64%, respectively. The company is also constructing Blue Point One, a 1.4 million metric ton annual-capacity low-carbon ammonia facility, with construction commencing in August 2026 and production expected in 2029.
