CHEMED CORP · 2026-04-28 · Importance 26 · Surprise 30
Management’s forward view notes that, based on preliminary analysis, it does not expect the announced tariffs and other macro factors to have a material negative effect on net sales or profitability for the remainder of fiscal year 2026. The Company is continuing to evaluate these macro factors and is planning potential pricing actions and cost savings as part of fiscal year 2027 planning to offset input cost increases. Management also indicates it expects operating income and cash flows to be sufficient to fund operations and commitments in the foreseeable future and to remain in compliance with debt covenants under the new Credit Agreement. The Company cautions, however, that ongoing economic pressures could negatively affect future net sales and profitability.
