Main Street Sports filed separate lawsuits against Comcast and Charter Communications over alleged underpayment of licensing fees for carriage of FanDuel Sports Network channels. Main Street Sports claims the alleged underpayments harmed NBA and NHL teams by limiting its ability to meet financial obligations to them. Comcast had not publicly commented on the lawsuit as of August 25, 2026.
