Rural Broadband Expansion

Comcast completed a rural broadband expansion in Eastern Ohio on August 27, 2026, extending Xfinity and Comcast Business services to more than 2,300 homes and businesses in Youngstown, Steubenville, and St. Clairsville. The company also completed an Allen County, Indiana, network expansion reaching more than 1,100 homes and businesses. Construction began in Kamas and Francis, Utah, to extend high-speed internet to nearly 2,400 additional homes and businesses. The projects expand Comcast’s U.S. broadband footprint and support connectivity growth in underserved communities.
