Cash-markets transaction fees were $73.9 million in the second quarter and $150.5 million in the first six months of 2026, compared with $74.6 million and $145.6 million in the prior-year periods. BrokerTec fixed-income transaction fees increased to $40.1 million in the quarter and $80.3 million year to date, while EBS foreign-exchange transaction fees declined 10% in the quarter and 3% year to date. Average daily U.S. Repo notional value increased 9% to $397.3 billion and European Repo increased 17% to €364.0 billion in the quarter, while U.S. Treasury activity declined 20% and spot FX declined 9%.
