Worldwide revenue increased 9 percent in the second quarter and 6 percent in the first half of 2026, driven primarily by higher demand for power generation equipment, especially data center and commercial applications, and international construction markets. Power Systems sales increased 19 percent in both periods, reflecting stronger power-generation demand in China and North America. Engine off-highway sales rose $219 million in the first half, mainly from international construction demand in China, while heavy-duty truck sales declined $130 million as North American demand weakened. Distribution sales increased 8 percent in the first half, principally from North American power-generation demand, particularly data centers.
