Total debt was $23.3 billion at June 30, 2026, down from $23.4 billion at December 31, 2025. The current portion of debt, including future finance-lease payments, was $0.5 billion, and the company retired $67 million of 6.875% notes at maturity during the first quarter. ConocoPhillips had $5.5 billion of undrawn revolving-credit capacity through February 2030 and reported investment-grade ratings of Fitch A, S&P A- and Moody’s A2, each with a stable outlook.
