At June 30, 2026, ConocoPhillips had total liquidity of $13.2 billion, including $6.6 billion of cash and cash equivalents, $1.1 billion of short-term investments, and $5.5 billion of available revolving-credit capacity. During the first six months of 2026, the company used $6.0 billion for capital expenditures and investments, $3.0 billion for share repurchases, and $2.1 billion for ordinary dividends. Management expects cash balances, operating cash flow, and external funding access to cover near- and long-term capital spending, capital returns, and debt payments.
