Total operating expenses increased 21.9% year over year to $2.5 billion in the June 2026 quarter and 22.5% to $7.2 billion for the nine-month period. Distribution, selling, and administrative expense increased 27.5% to $2.1 billion in the quarter and 24.5% to $5.9 billion year to date, primarily because of OneOncology and RCA. Acquisition and divestiture-related expenses increased to $113.1 million in the quarter and $355.7 million year to date, including $152.7 million of RCA and OneOncology equity-unit adjustments year to date. A $102.0 million opioid-liability reduction and an $86.8 million derivative lawsuit settlement credit reduced litigation expense in 2026, partially offsetting higher acquisition-related costs.
