Costco resubmitted plans for a 166,000-square-foot warehouse in Asheville’s Enka Commerce Park. The proposal includes a 32-pump gasoline station and 914 parking spaces. The project will proceed to the city’s Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council after Costco revised road, stormwater, traffic, scope, timeline, and cost issues.
