Net sales increased $7,189 or 12% to $69,154 in the third quarter of fiscal 2026 and $17,894 or 10% to $203,374 in the first thirty-six weeks of 2026, driven by comparable sales and sales at 23 net new warehouses opened since the end of the third quarter of 2025. Core merchandise categories sales rose $3,721 or 7% in the third quarter and $12,384 or 8% year-to-date, with increases in foods and sundries, non-foods and fresh foods. Warehouse ancillary and other businesses grew $3,468 or 29% in the quarter and $5,510 or 16% year-to-date, led by gasoline (volume +10% in the quarter) and pharmacy. Changes in foreign currencies positively impacted net sales by approximately $643 (104 basis points) in the quarter and $1,578 (85 basis points) year-to-date, and higher gasoline prices increased net sales by $1,367 (221 basis points) in the quarter.
