CRH’s Americas Materials business acquired Pisgah Stone Products LLC, an aggregates producer based in Wellsville, Utah. Pisgah adds long-life limestone reserves and hard-rock aggregate supply to CRH’s existing Utah operations. The acquisition is intended to support construction demand associated with regional population growth, economic expansion, and infrastructure investment. CRH is also evaluating an $8.5 billion Arcosa deal that would expand U.S. aggregates and energy-infrastructure exposure but increase financing and integration requirements.
