CRH’s Americas Materials business acquired Pisgah Stone Products LLC, a Northern Utah aggregates producer based in Wellsville. The transaction adds long-life limestone reserves and strengthens CRH’s Utah operating network. CRH said the acquisition is intended to support construction demand associated with regional population growth, economic expansion, and infrastructure investment.
