Salesforce presented AIforce and Claudeforce as central elements of an agentic-enterprise strategy at Dreamforce 2026. The strategy combines AI-powered interfaces, enterprise data management, agent governance and expanded monetization models. Reporting also identified the Koa reasoning model, developed with Nvidia, and a shift from per-seat licensing toward per-action pricing as key parts of the AI strategy.
