Salesforce is expanding its autonomous AI agent layer, Agentforce, across Customer 360 apps, Slack, Headless 360 and other interfaces. Management plans continued investment in generative and agentic AI across all products to support customer productivity and expand Salesforce’s position in cloud computing. The company also intends to invest additional resources in AI, agentic and cloud services and to reinvest efficiency savings from generative AI deployment to accelerate its product roadmap.
