The pro forma separation removes Corteva’s Crop Protection Business and leaves Vylor with $10,067 million of 2025 net sales, compared with historical Corteva net sales of $17,401 million. The Crop Protection Business accounted for $7,503 million of historical 2025 sales, or approximately 43% of Corteva’s total. Long-term commercial agreements with New Corteva add $169 million of pro forma 2025 net sales and $20 million for the first quarter of 2026. The same agreements also add $91 million of receivables and $19 million of inventories to the March 31, 2026 pro forma balance sheet.
