CVS Pharmacy reported increased prescription volume, supported partly by prescription share gains from the Rite Aid transaction completed in 2025. Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness same-store prescription volumes increased 7%, while same-store pharmacy sales grew approximately 3%. Management expects the Rite Aid contribution to be an incremental tailwind in 2026 but believes CVS can continue to grow faster than the market through improved service, clinical offerings and consumer solutions. CVS also reported approximately 100 basis points of front-store sales growth despite challenging consumer conditions.
