CVS Health held approximately $11.3 billion of cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, 2026, including approximately $2.7 billion at the parent company or unrestricted subsidiaries. Operating cash flow increased 64.2% to $10.6 billion in the first six months of 2026 from $6.5 billion in the prior year. Investing cash outflows increased $972 million to $2.8 billion, primarily because of higher net purchases of investments. Financing cash outflows increased $3.5 billion to $5.0 billion, primarily due to higher long-term debt repayments, producing a $2.8 billion net increase in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash.
