Asia Pacific led growth in Building Technologies, which benefited from both residential and nonresidential construction markets. Residential performance was above market, driven predominantly by multifamily housing, while single-family housing remained very soft. Nonresidential growth was concentrated in healthcare, education and retail rather than data centers, including new hospital construction and university investment. Europe was a particularly strong region for electric-vehicle battery applications, while Water growth outside the Middle East remained at a mid-single-digit rate.
