Deere is rehiring 375 employees across its Quad Cities factory operations, including Seeding and Cylinder Operations in Moline and Harvester Works in East Moline. The rehiring brings total employees brought back since January to 800 following 2025 layoffs. The added labor is intended to increase dealer inventory and support production ahead of upcoming planting and harvest cycles.
