Deere is recalling more than 375 employees to Quad Cities manufacturing facilities to increase production and strengthen dealer inventory. The recalled workers are returning to Seeding and Cylinder Operations and Harvester Works, supporting equipment availability for farmers and contractors. Since January, Deere has hired or recalled more than 800 employees across Iowa and Illinois to support long-term business plans and prepare for upcoming agricultural seasons.
