Third-quarter 2026 revenue increased 8.5% year over year to $6.554 billion, while core sales increased 3.0% and core sales excluding respiratory testing increased 5.5%. Nine-month revenue increased 6.0% to $18.770 billion, with core sales up 2.0% and core sales excluding respiratory testing up 4.5%. Acquisitions contributed 6.5% of third-quarter sales growth and 3.0% of nine-month growth, while tariff refunds to customers reduced reported growth by 1.0% and 0.5%, respectively. Diagnostics revenue increased 17.0% in the third quarter and 7.5% year to date, compared with Biotechnology growth of 0.5% and 5.0% and Life Sciences growth of 4.0% and 4.5%.
