DANAHER CORP /DE/ · 2026-10-21 · Importance 39 · Surprise 50 · From source text
Nine-month sales increased to $18.770 billion from $17.730 billion, while gross profit increased to $11.039 billion from $10.557 billion. Gross margin declined to 58.8% from 59.5% for the nine-month period, primarily because of product mix, the $130 million Masimo Acquisition inventory fair-value adjustment and net facility impairment charges. Third-quarter gross margin increased to 58.5% from 58.2%, helped by recently acquired businesses and IEEPA tariff refunds, partially offset by the $84 million inventory fair-value adjustment and a $52 million facility impairment charge.
