Disney repurchased $7.245 billion of common stock during the first nine months of fiscal 2026, compared with $2.496 billion in the prior-year period. The company now targets at least $9 billion of fiscal 2026 share repurchases. Disney expects to use approximately $1.2 billion of cash proceeds from the planned A+E Global Media sale to repurchase additional shares.
