The Fubo Transaction increased Entertainment subscription and affiliate fees and created additional intersegment network fees associated with Hulu Live TV and Fubo services. Entertainment TV/VOD and home entertainment distribution revenue declined 8% in the quarter and 5% for the nine-month period.
