Disney reported that inflation contributed to higher cost of services, which increased $0.6 billion, or 5%, to $13.7 billion in the quarter ended June 27, 2026. Inflation also increased Experiences operating labor, other operating expenses and selling, general, administrative and other costs during the nine-month period. Management identified inflation alongside new guest offerings and higher volumes as a driver of higher operating expenses across Parks & Experiences.
