Janus Living acquired two senior housing communities for approximately $105 million during the second quarter of 2026. Through August 3, 2026, it completed approximately $1.0 billion of additional senior housing acquisitions and had an agreement for an approximately $59 million incremental acquisition. Separately, Healthpeak generated $1.4 billion of proceeds from outpatient medical recapitalizations, seller financing loan repayments, and dispositions during the second quarter and through August 3, bringing year-to-date proceeds to $1.75 billion.
