DaVita spent $175 million on maintenance and development capital expenditures during the second quarter of 2026. Second-quarter maintenance capital expenditures were $123 million for productive-capacity investments, including information technology, dialysis-center renovations and asset replacements. Development capital expenditures were $47 million for new or expanded U.S. and international dialysis centers and contracted hospital operations. Six-month maintenance and development capital expenditures totaled $272 million, compared with $264 million in the first six months of 2025.
