Medicare and Medicare Advantage generated $3.42 billion of six-month dialysis patient service revenue, up from $3.27 billion, while Medicaid and Managed Medicaid increased to $439.8 million from $424.2 million. Commercial dialysis patient service revenue rose to $1.89 billion from $1.87 billion, but commercial ancillary-services revenue increased much faster, to $245.7 million from $178.4 million.
