DaVita’s international dialysis business operated 595 outpatient dialysis centers across 14 countries outside the United States as of June 30, 2026. International revenue increased 20.9% year over year during the first six months of 2026, exceeding growth in U.S. dialysis revenue. International operating income declined 17.9% year over year, primarily because of higher compensation expense and favorable contingent-consideration valuation changes recorded in the prior-year period.
