CECONY issued $1,300 million of long-term debt in June 2026, consisting of $450 million of 5.15% debentures due 2036 and $850 million of 5.875% debentures due 2056. Consolidated long-term debt increased $1,292 million to $26,843 million at June 30, 2026, while CECONY long-term debt increased $1,291 million to $25,351 million. Con Edison repaid a $500 million term loan and $300 million of short-term debt with maturities greater than 90 days during the period. Commercial paper outstanding was $721 million for Con Edison and $480 million for CECONY at June 30, 2026, with a 3.9% weighted-average yield.
