Nine-month fiscal 2026 net sales increased 5% to $13.8 billion, with Software & Systems up 7%, Intelligent Devices up 4% and Safety & Productivity up 3%. Underlying sales increased 3%, driven by 3% higher price, while volume declined approximately 1.5% because of software-renewal timing and the Middle East conflict. U.S. underlying sales increased 8%, while international sales declined 1%; the Americas grew 6%, Europe declined 1% and Asia, Middle East & Africa increased 1%, including a 5% decline in China. In the third quarter, sales rose 7% to $4.9 billion, led by Software & Systems growth of 11%, Intelligent Devices growth of 6% and Safety & Productivity growth of 3%.
