EOG paid $540 million of dividends in the second quarter of 2026 and declared a dividend of $1.0200 per common share. Dividends paid during the first six months of 2026 totaled $1.084 billion, compared with $1.066 billion in the first six months of 2025. EOG repurchased $1.299 billion of common stock in the second quarter, compared with $602 million in the second quarter of 2025. Treasury stock purchases totaled $1.717 billion in the first six months of 2026, reducing the average diluted share count to 529 million from 546 million in the prior-year quarter.
