EOG continues applying horizontal drilling and completion expertise across unconventional crude oil and natural gas plays. Its downhole drilling motor program has increased footage drilled per day and reduced drilling times, while enhanced completion techniques have increased footage completed and pumping hours per day. Extended laterals have reduced cost per foot drilled, supporting competitive well economics. EOG’s major U.S. drilling activity remains concentrated in the Delaware Basin, Utica and Eagle Ford.
