Oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids revenue increased $1.6 billion, or 23%, to $8.6 billion in the six months ended June 30, 2026, from $7.0 billion in the prior-year period. Higher oil prices contributed $973 million of the increase, while 13% growth in combined production volumes contributed $665 million; lower natural gas and natural gas liquids prices partially offset the gains. Combined production increased to 998,613 BOE per day from 885,459 BOE per day, with approximately 33% of volume growth attributable to Viper’s Sitio Acquisition and 16% attributable to the Double Eagle Acquisition. Second-quarter revenue increased $961 million sequentially to $4.8 billion, including $861 million from higher average prices and $100 million from higher production volumes.
