Henry Hub averaged $3.20 per MMBtu, down from $3.69 per MMBtu year over year. Natural gas realizations were adversely affected by widening Waha Hub differentials caused primarily by Permian Basin takeaway constraints and periods of negative Waha pricing. Diamondback expects the impact to lessen later in 2026 as secured takeaway capacity increases through new contracts and regional infrastructure expansion.
