Total assets increased to $44.106 billion at June 30, 2026, from $33.488 billion at December 31, 2025, primarily reflecting the Issuer Solutions acquisition. Total debt, including short-term borrowings and current and long-term debt, increased to $21.174 billion from $13.082 billion, including $15.432 billion of long-term debt and $4.226 billion of short-term borrowings. Cash and cash equivalents increased to $2.413 billion from $1.944 billion, while operating activities generated $1.207 billion during the first six months of 2026. FIS borrowed $62.297 billion and repaid $54.186 billion during the six-month period, and it used $8.477 billion in investing cash flow, including $7.859 billion for acquisitions.
