FIS had $3.4 billion of available liquidity as of June 30, 2026, consisting of $744 million of cash and cash equivalents and $2.6 billion of revolving-credit capacity. Approximately $447 million of cash and cash equivalents was held by foreign entities. Operating cash flow increased to $1.207 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, from $839 million in 2025, a $368 million improvement attributed primarily to better operating performance. FIS expects cash and operating cash flows to fund operating requirements, capital expenditures and debt service for the next 12 months and foreseeable future.
