Consolidated revenue increased to $3.377 billion in the second quarter of 2026 from $2.616 billion in the second quarter of 2025, and to $6.671 billion from $5.148 billion for the six-month periods. The increases were primarily generated by the Issuer Solutions Business acquired on January 9, 2026. Banking Solutions revenue grew 44% year over year in the second quarter and 45% for the six-month period, while organic Banking revenue grew 6% and 7%, respectively, excluding Issuer Solutions. Capital Market Solutions revenue increased 3% in the second quarter and 4% for the six-month period, driven primarily by recurring revenue growth, while Corporate and Other revenue declined 26% and 20%, respectively, because of non-strategic business run-off.
