Fiscal 2026 revenue increased $826 million, or 5%, to $17.126 billion from $16.300 billion in fiscal 2025. Distribution revenue rose $278 million, or 4%, to $8.058 billion, driven by approximately $440 million of higher average rates and affiliated-station fees, partly offset by a $160 million subscriber decline impact. Advertising revenue increased $474 million, or 7%, to $7.339 billion, led by FIFA Men’s World Cup, additional NFL and MLB postseason games, higher pricing and Tubi digital growth, partly offset by the absence of Super Bowl LIX and lower political advertising. Revenue mix consisted of approximately 47% distribution, 43% advertising and 10% other operating activities in fiscal 2026.
