GE Aerospace agreed to acquire Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) from Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners for $11.75 billion, subject to adjustments. The transaction will be financed with $7 billion in cash and new debt. Closing is expected in the second half of 2027, and the acquisition is expected to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share and free cash flow in its first year. The deal is intended to expand GE Aerospace’s in-house capacity and control over mission-critical precision castings used in jet engines.
