As of June 30, 2026, the company's available liquidity totaled $10.3 billion, consisting of $9.3 billion of cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash and $1.0 billion of time deposits with maturities greater than three months. Of the cash and deposits, $7.3 billion was held in the U.S. and $3.0 billion was held outside the U.S.; $0.4 billion of cash was held in countries with currency control restrictions. Management states consolidated liquidity and availability under revolving credit facilities are sufficient to meet business needs under normal and stressed conditions. The company notes a portion of unrepatriated income has been subject to U.S. federal tax but expects to be able to repatriate available cash (excluding amounts in currency-control jurisdictions) without significant tax cost.
