Gilead completed the Tubulis acquisition for $3.15 billion of upfront consideration, adding the GS-8824 NaPi2b-directed topoisomerase-I inhibitor ADC and an ADC development platform. Gilead completed the Ouro Medicines acquisition for $1.675 billion upfront, adding gamgertamig, an investigational BCMAxCD3 T-cell engager for autoimmune diseases. Lakefront equally shared Ouro’s upfront payment and will equally share contingent milestone payments, subject to customary adjustments. Second-quarter acquired in-process research and development expense totaled $11.183 billion, including $7.0 billion for Arcellx, $3.1 billion for Tubulis and $1.0 billion for Ouro, net of the Lakefront collaboration.
